This policy covers the Celeem app and the celeem.com website, including its coming-soon and legal pages, operated by Dealer Canvas LLC, and explains the personal-information practices described below. Any translation is provided for convenience. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version controls if versions conflict.

Celeem is a free app for listing cars, motorcycles and parts in the USA, run by Dealer Canvas LLC, 2108 N St Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA. This policy says what we collect, why, who sees it, and how you delete it. It is part of the Terms of Use.
1. What we collect
Account: information you provide to create and access your account, including your email and credentials for the sign-in methods offered by Celeem; the version of the Terms you accepted, the server's time of each acceptance, and your confirmation at sign-up that you are 18 or older. We send no text messages (SMS).
Profile: your nickname (required); your profile picture if you add one; your phone or WhatsApp number (at least one is required on every post and purchase request: it is the only way users reach each other) and your city if you add it; whether you sell as a private seller or a dealership.
Posts and purchase requests: the text, price, details and pictures you add, including pictures you edit in Car Studio, and the VIN when you give one on a car or motorcycle post.
Location: with your permission, we use your phone's location to show posts near you, measure distances, and set your city. You can decline permission and enter a ZIP code instead. A post carries its point rounded to about 0.7 mile (two decimals of latitude and longitude) and the map cells of that point, so posts can be listed by distance; a ZIP code you choose replaces your phone's point. This describes location collected through the app's location permission; addresses, landmarks, contact details, or location information that you include in submitted text or images are part of your content, as explained in section 3.
Your activity: the users you follow and block, the posts you report, and the reports others make about your posts or account; and the contact log: which sellers' phone or WhatsApp numbers you asked to see, on which post, and when.
Technical connection and security information: Firebase services process connection information, including IP addresses and user-agent information, to provide authentication and backend services and help prevent abuse. Firebase App Check and its configured Apple or Google verification provider process app/device integrity information and security tokens to check the authenticity of requests. This information is used to operate and protect the service. The app also reads its installed version locally for the Settings display.
Website visits, hosting, cookies, and privacy signals
The current coming-soon and legal pages do not provide an account-registration, payment, or information-submission form. Contact links open your email or phone application; information you choose to send is handled for the purpose of responding to your communication.
Hosting and request information: celeem.com is delivered through OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the website involves processing technical request information, including IP addresses, browser/user-agent information, requested resources, and traffic and security information. This processing supports page delivery, reliability, and detection of automated or abusive traffic. It is separate from information you actively submit in the Celeem app.
Security cookies and browser checks: Cloudflare provides bot protection and can run browser-security checks on these pages. The website uses Cloudflare's __cf_bm security cookie; Cloudflare describes its expiry as 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Additional challenge-related cookies may be used when a security check requires them. These security functions are not advertising trackers. Cookie expiry does not determine how long server-side records are retained. See Cloudflare's cookie explanation and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Advertising, analytics, and other parties: the current site-owned coming-soon and legal pages do not include advertising pixels, third-party audience-analytics scripts, or cross-site advertising trackers. The site-owned animation controls do not store a preference in a cookie or browser local storage. Hosting and security providers still process request and security information as described above. Embedded YouTube playback described in section 5 is an app feature, not an embedded video on these website pages. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy practices.
Do Not Track: the current site-owned pages do not implement a separate response to the browser's Do Not Track signal. Enabling that signal does not disable page delivery, hosting security checks, or security cookies.
Global Privacy Control: Dealer Canvas does not use the current coming-soon and legal pages to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no such website activity for an opt-out preference signal to stop. Necessary delivery and security processing continues when the signal is enabled. Global Privacy Control is distinct from Do Not Track. Applicable legally required opt-out rights remain available; contact developer@dealercanvas.com about a privacy request.
You can use your browser controls to manage or delete cookies. Blocking security cookies may affect security checks or access. Website request information remains subject to the retention criteria in section 6 and applicable provider policies; a cookie's lifetime is not a promise that all associated records are erased at that time.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and show your posts, and to process and use submitted content to operate and promote Celeem within the content license in the Terms. That license does not authorize new promotional use of deleted content.
To show posts near you and the distance to them.
To keep the contact log, so that harassment, scams and misuse of numbers can be traced; it is shown to Celeem's operator and given to law enforcement on a valid request.
To review posts, act on reports, stop scams, duplicates and banned content, and close accounts that break the Terms. A review checks nothing about the vehicle, its title or the seller; Celeem verifies no one.
To create and display notices inside Celeem, such as notices about new posts from users you follow, and to provide account-related email, including verification and password-reset messages.
To answer you when you contact us.
To obey the law and answer valid legal requests.
3. What others see
Your nickname and city, and your seller type as your own statement; your profile picture; whether your profile has a phone or a WhatsApp number (the numbers themselves are shown to a signed-in user who asks to see them); your sign-up date, your follower count, and the version and time of your Terms acceptance; and whether your account is closed for breaking the Terms (the reason is not public).
Your posts and purchase requests, their pictures and details (including the VIN you provide), and the post's point rounded to about 0.7 mile with its map cells, readable by any client of the app. The app does not publish the precise coordinates collected through location permission. Text, images, landmarks, documents, or metadata you submit may nevertheless reveal a location or other identifying information. Review content before publishing it.
Phone and WhatsApp numbers you provide for a profile, listing, or purchase request are public marketplace contact information. At least one is required to publish a listing or purchase request. Celeem has no buyer–seller chat, private messaging, or email relay; account and support emails are separate. Providing a contact number authorizes its disclosure for marketplace inquiries with the relevant profile or content. Do not provide a number you do not want disclosed; an appropriate business number may be used instead. Only provide your own number or one you have authority to publish.
Contact buttons and sign-in screens are interface controls, not a guarantee that published numbers will remain confidential or accessible only to signed-in users. A number included in text or an image may also be visible independently of those controls. People who obtain a number may save, copy, redistribute, call, or message it outside Celeem, including in ways our Terms prohibit. Public availability does not authorize harassment, unrelated marketing, scraping, or unlawful use.
A user you block still sees your posts, but the app hides its call and WhatsApp buttons for you from that user. Blocking is not a guarantee that the user cannot obtain public contact information or contact you outside Celeem. Removing a number or listing, deleting an account, or blocking a user cannot retrieve copies already obtained or prevent their further use outside Celeem. Phone and WhatsApp services provide their own blocking controls. These limitations do not remove our obligations under applicable privacy or security law.
Your account email is not a public profile field. If you separately include an email address or other contact information in text, images, or other content you publish, other users may see that submitted information.
4. What we never do
We never sell your personal data.
We never share it for advertising by others.
We never ask for your bank or card details; Celeem takes no payments.
5. Who helps us
Website hosting and security: OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare deliver and protect celeem.com and process the website request and security information described in the website privacy section.
Google Firebase and Google Cloud: provide account authentication, database and photo storage, backend functions, and the stored notices displayed inside Celeem. Firebase Authentication supports account-verification and password-reset emails. See Firebase privacy and security information.
Apple and Google app-integrity services: Firebase App Check is configured to use Google Play Integrity on Android and Apple App Attest, with DeviceCheck fallback, on Apple devices. The applicable service validates app/device integrity information to help protect access to the backend.
YouTube (Google): provides embedded video playback when you use that feature. Loading or playing an embedded video involves a connection to Google/YouTube and processing of information under Google's Privacy Policy, including relevant connection, device, and playback information. These are third-party services, distinct from Celeem's account and listing database.
Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect a person from harm.
A new owner, if Celeem is sold or merged; this policy still applies to your data.
Car Studio: the image-processing models are bundled with the app and run on the device. That processing does not itself require sending the photo to an external photo-editing service. Photos submitted with a listing are handled through the photo-storage service described above.
Processing locations
Information handled by Dealer Canvas LLC and the providers described above may be processed or stored in the United States and other countries where those providers or their service providers operate, subject to service-specific location restrictions and applicable law. Firebase states that Firebase Authentication processes data exclusively in the United States; other Firebase services may use global infrastructure unless applicable location controls restrict processing. Cloudflare describes international processing in its privacy policy. Applicable locations depend on the service and its configuration; this policy does not promise that all information remains in a single country.
Other countries may have different privacy protections. Cross-border processing remains subject to applicable legal requirements and this policy's purpose, disclosure, retention, and rights provisions. This disclosure does not waive privacy rights or replace any consent or safeguards required by law. See Firebase's processing-location explanation and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
6. Retention and deletion
Dealer Canvas LLC retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable law.
Retention decisions take account of whether an account is active, whether information is needed to provide a requested service, its sensitivity, and applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution requirements.
A deletion request does not necessarily require deletion of every record. Information may be retained where applicable law permits or requires it, including information reasonably necessary to address fraud, enforce account restrictions, comply with legal obligations, or preserve relevant evidence.
Retained information remains subject to this policy and applicable law. Retention exceptions do not authorize unrelated marketing or indefinite storage. Backup copies may follow a different deletion cycle from active systems. Backup handling must remain consistent with applicable legal requirements and must not be used to defeat a valid deletion request.
What Celeem keeps, and for how long:
Your account, profile, posts and pictures: until you remove them or delete your account. A post goes off the list 90 days after it went live; a sold, archived or deleted post and its pictures are erased 30 days later.
The contact log and your notices: 90 days.
The record of each Terms acceptance (the version, the server's time, and your 18+ confirmation): 4 years after the acceptance, kept after account deletion as the record of the agreement.
Reports you make or receive, and Celeem's record of its review decisions (with nicknames and reasons): kept after account deletion as the record of enforcement, for as long as Celeem operates.
For an account closed for breaking the Terms: its email, nickname and the reason, kept after deletion so the account cannot return.
Edit your profile, or remove your city, at any time. You may remove your phone or WhatsApp number at any time; a post keeps the numbers it was published with until you edit it.
Turn location off in your phone settings; enter a ZIP code instead.
In-app notices: notices described here appear inside Celeem; they are distinct from operating-system push notifications.
Account deletion: follow the instructions on our Delete account page. Requests may require verification and are subject to applicable legal deadlines and exceptions.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing developer@dealercanvas.com. Include the account email and describe your request; do not send your password. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or authority. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, to opt out of certain processing, to restrict certain uses of sensitive information, or to appeal a refusal. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal deadlines, exceptions, and verification requirements. Where required by law, we explain a refusal and the available appeal process. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable rights.
Representatives, appeals, and fair treatment
Authorized representatives: where applicable law permits, an authorized representative may submit a privacy request to developer@dealercanvas.com. Identify the person represented and the request, and provide evidence of authority where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, such as signed permission or a valid power of attorney. We may ask the person represented to verify identity or confirm authority directly where permitted by law. Requirements depend on the type of request; we do not impose identity verification where applicable law prohibits it. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Appeals: if we refuse a privacy request, you may ask us to reconsider by emailing the same address with the subject “Privacy request appeal.” Identify the original request and explain why you believe the decision was incorrect. We will review the appeal and communicate the outcome and reasons, within any applicable legal deadline. Where applicable law provides a right to appeal or complain to a regulator, our response will explain the required next steps. You may also contact the privacy regulator or attorney general with jurisdiction over your complaint.
Non-discrimination: we will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising legally protected privacy rights. This does not prevent a restriction or account action for a separate lawful reason unrelated to exercising those rights.
8. Security
We use the protections Firebase provides, rules that limit who reads what, and review of posts. No system is perfect; tell us at developer@dealercanvas.com if you see a problem.
9. Children
Celeem is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn of one, we close the account and erase its data, subject to the lawful retention exceptions in section 6 and applicable law.
10. Changes
We will identify the effective date of changes and provide the notice or obtain the consent required by applicable law and any applicable existing commitment. Changes do not retroactively authorize a use of previously collected information that requires consent we have not obtained.
